Pay all invoices on time
Pay all invoices issued in a given quarter according to the payment terms.

The condition applies to all invoices from that billing period.

In the next quarter, you'll receive an additional discount on all purchases.
Example: A small wholesaler with regular purchases can gain several thousand pounds annually through the promptness bonus. For larger firms, it’s even higher amounts.

Changes are effective from the first order in February 2026. All invoices issued before 1st February are processed under current terms.
The discount system considers several factors: your type of business, the market you operate in, cooperation value, and payment promptness. It’s a transparent matrix, so you know where you stand and how to improve your terms.

You can improve your terms through:
Speak with your Account Manager, who will help plan your advancement path between discount levels.
If you pay all invoices in a given quarter (e.g., January-March) on time, in the following quarter (April-June) you’ll receive an additional discount on all purchases.
One late payment in a quarter = no bonus in the next.
Bonus amount depends on your discount level – details from your Account Manager or Customer Service.
The discount system is transparent and uniform for all, but for partners with significant potential, individual arrangements are possible. Contact your Account Manager or Customer Service.
The price list with your discounts is available on the B2B platform after logging in. You can also ask your Account Manager for a price list file.
Promotional discounts and seasonal campaigns are independent of the new discount matrix and apply according to current conditions of each promotion. Your base discount is the foundation on which additional promotions can be layered.
